Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily operations and ensuring the store meets sales and profit projections.
  • Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
  • Recruit and select team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other operational and strategic duties as required.
Requirements
  • At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
  • Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
  • Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
