Position Overview

As a Retail Cash Handling Specialist at Sahib Collection LTD, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include operating the cash register and ensuring accurate processing of payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Register Operations: Efficiently operate the cash register to handle customer transactions.
  • Payment Processing: Accept and process various forms of payment including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
  • Item Scanning: Accurately scan items for sale to ensure correct pricing.
  • Sales Tabulation: Calculate the total payment for goods or services rendered.
  • Payment Reception: Receive payments and issue receipts to customers.
  • Daily Reconciliation: Calculate and reconcile daily payments received with total sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
  • Promotional Participation: Engage in promotional activities to enhance sales.
  • Store Maintenance: Stock shelves and maintain cleanliness in the counter area.
Qualifications

Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
