About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Leader to join our team at 2770583 Ontario Inc. as a General Manager, Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Leadership: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to ensure effective team management.
  • Operational Management: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation and promote business growth.
  • Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Human Resources: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior business leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, organized, and team player.
Work Environment
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
