Restaurant Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and promoting a respectful team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower and lead your team to achieve operational excellence and high standards of service
  • Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to meet Tim Hortons' standards
  • Plan and execute methods to increase sales and achieve targeted costs
  • Manage team members with open communication and understanding
  • Support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business
