  • Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and handle heavy loads.
