Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in steel fabrication and automation, sales and business development skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the steel fabrication industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
