Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team as a Guest Experience team member. This role will be responsible for creating a strong community spirit amongst our guests and team members, while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their individual needs and concerns
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues, ensuring a smooth coordination of daily operations
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to achieve studio goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our studio's offerings and services
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure a cohesive and positive experience
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or retail experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MindBody Online
  • First aid and/or CPR certification (an asset)
