Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will focus on:

  • Client Engagement: Responding to client inquiries and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Data Collection: Gathering vital information to accurately assess and fulfill client requirements.
  • Personalized Offerings: Providing customized insurance options and clearly explaining products and promotions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining client records in accordance with established protocols.
  • Financial Oversight: Efficiently managing accounts receivable.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes:

  • Customer Service Background: Experience in customer service is essential.
  • Communication Proficiency: Bilingual skills in French and English are advantageous.
  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a diploma in Collegial studies or equivalent is required.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Technological Competence: Familiarity with computer systems is necessary.
