Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Canadian Brew House (Richmond) Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure smooth service
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position with 32 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of communication
