Job Title: Sales & Customer Relations Specialist

Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, including virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to build and manage sales pipelines, identify new sales opportunities, and close deals.
  • Conduct outbound calls to retain customers, secure repeat sales, and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Process incoming orders, coordinate with departments, and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Use product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information on pricing, shipping, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure timely order processing, review weekly reports, and communicate with customers about any delays or interim solutions.
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of inside sales and order management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented, customer-first mindset.
  • Strong phone presence, with a friendly and clear communication style, along with patience and courtesy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and provide timely follow-up.
  • French-speaking skills are a plus.
Compensation & Perks:
  • Salary range: $40,000-$45,000 per year.
