About the Role

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Sales & Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers, identifying and addressing their needs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
