Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Davis Properties Inc. as a key member of our facilities management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
