About Voyago:

Voyago is seeking a Senior Driver and Operations Coordinator.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Transit Operations Supervisor. The Senior Driver and Operations Coordinator is tasked with supporting the Supervisor in managing daily transit operations, overseeing vehicle exchanges, and fulfilling scheduled driving responsibilities. This role requires versatility, as you will operate both on the road and in an administrative capacity. Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with software platforms, particularly Microsoft Office, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all documentation, including timesheets and vacation requests, is accurately maintained.
  • Conduct daily inspections of spare vehicles and be ready to replace malfunctioning vehicles or cover routes on short notice.
  • Promptly report and document any incidents, including injuries, accidents, or property damage.
  • Execute safety audits or road assessments on drivers as directed by the Operations Supervisor.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving operational issues or escalate matters to the Supervisor when necessary.
  • Assist with technical issues related to IT equipment, such as tablets and smart card readers.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by the Transit Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) is necessary.
  • A valid minimum G class license is required; willingness to upgrade to a preferred BZ license is advantageous.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • A clear vulnerable sector check is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience is a must.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are vital.
  • Availability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, depending on operational needs.
