About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Davis Properties Inc. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are minimized.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
