The Role

We are seeking a Client Success Representative to join our team in Victoria, BC. As a Client Success Representative, you will be on the frontline helping our clients achieve success. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires analytical skills, confidence with numbers, and the ability to engage with people. You will work with a variety of datasets to build and calibrate models, looking for patterns and discrepancies. You will also work with senior local government officials to help them overcome roadblocks and make tough, smart decisions efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Use data and sophisticated models to build scenarios that tell compelling stories
  • Facilitate conversations around these models to achieve stakeholder alignment
  • Manage clients' perceptions and needs, and expand the depth and breadth of relationships with senior city officials
Requirements
  • Analytical skills and confidence with numbers
  • Ability to engage with people and build strong relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience working with local government or a related field is an asset
