Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Wendcorp Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Hours:

30 to 40 hours per week.
