We are currently seeking a Customs Senior Analyst to support our Global Trade operations during a 12-month maternity leave. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in coordinating compliance activities related to both exports and imports within the organization. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, utilize cutting-edge technologies, and play a vital role in the success of Nightwing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications and analyze country of origin
- Evaluate Free Trade Agreements and determine qualifications
- Assist with inquiries regarding import compliance
- Stay informed on changes in customs regulations and ensure adherence to global trade standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customs-related challenges and implement effective solutions
- Facilitate communication with customs authorities and provide necessary documentation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Certificate in Business Administration or International Business, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in the export/import sector in Canada
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and gain knowledge through various means
