Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At U Need A Pita, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high standards.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory and Budgets: Oversee inventory management and prepare accurate budget estimates to maintain our high standards.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
