Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading our store team to achieve sales and profit goals, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive store environment
  • Implement merchandise strategies and visual merchandising plans
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and loss prevention
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store objectives and goals

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
  • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
  • Age 18 or older
