As a Construction Contract Administrator, you'll coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout Atlantic Canada, attend site meetings, oversee site activities, and provide quality control.

You'll assist with project progress and site reports, shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information, and issuing contract changes.

You'll also collaborate and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements include 1-5+ years' experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects, sound technical and building envelope knowledge, and strong understanding of codes and familiarity with Nova Scotia construction practices.

Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training are considered an asset.

We're looking for candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, AutoCAD software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader.
