Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial performance to enhance and sustain profitability
  • Develop budgets for food, beverages, and supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Adjust menu pricing and preparation methods based on budgetary constraints
  • Monitor revenue and labor costs
  • Supervise and assess staff performance
  • Organize daily operations and staff schedules
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Implement operational procedures and service offerings
  • Maintain accurate financial records and balance sheets
