Restaurant Manager Job Description

Dancyn Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgetary Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, develop and implement cost-saving strategies, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans, implement promotional activities, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a large workload and a focus on attention to detail.
