Your mission will be to drive the development and customization of high-performance ASR engines for our business customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimization into our voice products. You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to define required speech data for new voice product features and communicate technical performance and limitations.
As a mentor to junior members in the speech team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our voice technology.
If you're passionate about speech recognition, machine learning, and deep learning, and have a strong background in computer science or electrical engineering, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and customize state-of-the-art high-performance ASR engines for Presto business customers
* Support the integration and optimization of ASR engines into voice products
* Define required speech data for new voice product features
* Communicate technical performance and limitations to product and sales teams
* Mentor junior members in the speech team
**Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
* At least 10 years of experience in the speech recognition field
* Deep understanding and hands-on development of state-of-the-art automatic speech recognition systems
* Strong programming skills in Python, C, or C++
* Good knowledge about embedded speech recognition systems
**Nice to Have:**
* Hands-on experience in using and fine-tuning near and far-field speech signal processing algorithms
* Hands-on experience in using and fine-tuning text-to-speech algorithms
