About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead our Core Product team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative data engineering solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced engineers in developing and maintaining our data engineering infrastructure
  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines and architectures to support our machine learning models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data engineering initiatives
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards for data engineering practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable results
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering, machine learning, and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
