Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dover Convenience. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience in retail management or a related field is an asset
- Work Setting: Retail business
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking
