Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at RW&CO. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit goals

  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
    • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention
  • Operational Excellence
    • Manage store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience
    • At least 1-2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment
  • Business Acumen
    • Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
  • Education
    • High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
  • Availability
    • Ability to work weekends and evenings
