IT Service Delivery Specialist

  • Deliver on-site assistance to users within the organization's desktop computing framework.
  • Manage and fulfill service requests in accordance with established service level agreements.
  • Install, upgrade, and resolve issues related to various desktop software applications.
  • Provide real-time updates on all service requests.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures for service delivery.
  • Oversee asset management and inventory in line with client agreements.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on computers and printers.
  • Effectively communicate technical challenges to clients.
  • Possess experience in Networking, Data Center operations, and Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and workstation hardware/software issues.
  • Have familiarity with iOS, Android devices, and the Mac operating system.
  • IT Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science, Master’s in Computer Applications, CompTIA A+, MCP.
  • Be open to working outside regular hours and on weekends for projects or urgent support.
  • Flexible Work Arrangement: Engage in a diverse range of IT projects.
