Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management processes, including routine cycle counts
  • Lead the Inventory Control, Customer Service, Receiving, and Auditing departments
  • Foster professional growth and development within the team
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at operational efficiency and team motivation
  • Monitor retail discrepancies and promote operational enhancements
  • Facilitate workshops to address and rectify process inefficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong foundation in inventory management, accounting, and financial principles
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution inventory management
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused approach to service
