Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Direct Liquidation. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that employees are meeting their performance goals and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Work Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support business operations.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure that business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
