Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Education Liaison with Japanese Language Expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to international students and families, promoting cultural understanding and exchange, and fostering strong relationships with our global partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to international students and families, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural understanding and exchange between our school community and international partners.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for international students.
  • Communicate effectively with international students, families, and partners, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and build trust.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in international education, best practices, and cultural trends to inform our work and improve our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in international education, cultural exchange, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, with a passion for promoting cultural understanding and exchange.
