Job Title: MAC Manager

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MAC Manager to join our team. As a MAC Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering facility moves, adds, or change projects, including coordinating furniture installation and sustainable furniture and office decommissioning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver facility moves, adds, or change projects, including furniture installation and sustainable furniture and office decommissioning services.
  • Coordinate with clients and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and BGIS's success.
  • Ensure adherence to financial and procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and operational metrics.
Requirements:
  • Community College/ Vocational / Technical Diploma required.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
  • Effective time management and strategic thinking skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in moves, add, change, furniture installation, decommissioning, and facility planning.
  • Ability to deliver non-technical projects according to requirements, on time, and within budget.
