We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure that all hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean and well-maintained, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, and restock linen closets.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests for extra supplies or other items, and attending to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the front desk.
  • General Maintenance: Perform other general maintenance tasks as required, such as cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential.
