Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at NB Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.
Responsibilities:- Estimate food and labor costs, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and cooking techniques to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and other kitchen workers, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events, such as banquets and weddings.
- Ensure that all food meets our quality standards, and that our kitchen is clean and safe for our staff and customers.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to join our culinary team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
