Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 1000866785 ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
* Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers
* Recruit and hire staff to fill vacancies and ensure the kitchen is fully staffed

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
