Job Summary

LABHSHUBH FOOD CORP. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation and service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
