We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our ServiceNow development team within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a strong capability to foresee challenges and implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design, architecture, and development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure within the IAM framework.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create solutions, and implement ServiceNow workflows that meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of ServiceNow developers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in ServiceNow development, including coding standards and documentation.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and areas for enhancement within the ServiceNow platform, leading the implementation of effective solutions.

Qualifications Required:

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of substantial technical development experience in Java or JavaScript.
  • 4-5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven history of designing and architecting intricate ServiceNow applications.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and cultivate a team of ServiceNow professionals.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to foresee challenges, suggest solutions, and advance projects effectively. Highly motivated with the capability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AngularJS and Service Portal development in ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
