Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely deliveries, responding to specific needs, and coordinating with the team, sales, and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, meeting delivery deadlines, and addressing specific needs.
- Coordinate with the team, sales, and drivers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and resolve operational planning issues efficiently.
- Optimize the use of human and physical resources to increase profitability by achieving objectives.
- Evaluate inventory and equipment needs to respond to orders.
- Optimize route planning.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English/French verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility, Autonomy, and Resourcefulness.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Benefits
- $20.54 per hour salary.
- Monday to Friday daytime schedule.
- Approximately 50% home/50% office work. However, for the first 2-3 months, 100% office work. Possibility to request to return to 100% office work, but be aware of this possibility.
- 40 hours per week schedule.
- Access to overtime.
