Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Marokena Crepe Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and Optimize Budgets: Develop and implement effective budgeting strategies to enhance profitability and maintain financial stability.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess stock.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that our cafe meets all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for ingredients and supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 30-40 hours per week
