Job Title: Construction Manager

MiCiM Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical infrastructure projects in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with site, logistics, and contractor teams to implement site plans, programs, and processes.
  • Oversee day-to-day Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
  • Monitor on-site or package contractors' progress and program.
  • Implement risk assessments, method statements, and quality control procedures.
  • Ensure environmental issues are controlled as agreed with local authorities and residents' associations.
  • Review project progress with the program and project manager.
  • Provide good quality welfare facilities for on-site personnel.
  • Control drawings, technical submittals, benchmarks, and requests for information via the document control system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in site/contracts or construction management.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or Europe and willingness to travel.
  • A Safe Pass holder and trained first aider would be an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
