Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated CAD/CAM Programmer to join our innovative team at 3D LASER & FABRICATION INC.. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Conduct work measurement or other studies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop software applications tailored for machinery and manufacturing processes.
  • Collect and compile both operational and experimental data for analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
QualificationsCertificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association is required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
  • Experience with file management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
  • Familiarity with programming software and computer-aided design (CAD) tools.
  • Ability to operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
