The Centre de services scolaire de la Capitale is seeking a skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Development Agent to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from configuring and managing user accounts and email services to implementing and maintaining security protocols. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and refinement of strategic plans for Microsoft 365 initiatives within the Centre de services scolaire de la Capitale.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of user requirements, identify potential solutions, and develop action plans to address them.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to staff members on various aspects of Microsoft 365, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to utilize the platform effectively.
  • Represent the Centre de services scolaire de la Capitale in collaborative efforts with partners and stakeholders involved in Microsoft 365 implementation and support.
  • Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure alignment on technical strategies.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
  • Provide comprehensive reports and recommendations to management regarding the implementation and effectiveness of Microsoft 365 initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree in a relevant field, particularly information technology.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with email services and incident management systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows deployment using tools such as Intune, SCCM, and MECM.
  • Proficiency in Powershell scripting.
  • Experience in implementing, optimizing, and documenting solutions based on Microsoft 365 services.
  • Understanding of cloud services (Azure) and Active Directory management.
  • Skills in deploying, managing, and renewing certificates.
  • Knowledge of security strategies and best practices in IT security.
