Arena Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Arena Operations Manager to join our team at Middleton District Rink Commission. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control the operations of our commercial facilities, including maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.
- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Supervise staff, including scheduling and training, to ensure excellent customer service.
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment.
- 1-2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
