We are currently seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team. This position offers a blend of remote and in-office work, under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager for the Western region.

Position Overview

Aliaxis is on the lookout for a Customer Service expert to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple client accounts, collaborate across various organizational levels, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Client Relations Specialist will thrive in a fast-paced setting, addressing customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, product information, and inventory status. Efficiency and high-quality service are essential, as the role requires effective multitasking.

  • Respond to inquiries concerning pricing, delivery timelines, order status, and technical assistance
  • Resolve delays, service challenges, and disputes
  • Process, monitor, and finalize customer orders through various channels such as EDI, fax, and phone, utilizing our internal ERP system
  • Verify customer account information including pricing, terms, and delivery specifications
  • Oversee back-orders and ensure alignment among production, procurement, and distribution teams, including preparing quotes
  • Work collaboratively with other service departments to guarantee thorough and accurate service delivery
  • Provide technical assistance by referencing relevant resources
  • Address all customer inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications & Experience

  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and a strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Outstanding time management and follow-up abilities, effectively balancing quality and quantity
  • Proficient in computer skills and internet navigation, particularly in Microsoft Office and email
  • Proven capability to resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player with a positive impact on team dynamics
  • Prior experience in the industry is advantageous
  • Familiarity with SAP software is a plus
