Job Title: SupervisorAs a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a critical role in the success of your store. You will make important decisions that directly impact the success of your store every day and continuously develop and empower your Team Members.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Make decisions that impact the success of your store, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and achieve business results.
- Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success in your role.
