Store Operations Manager

Door to Door Tires Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer requests, complaints, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
- Market Research: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Goal-oriented, client-focused, excellent oral communication, organized, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
40 hours per week, permanent position, working in a dynamic retail environment.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
