Store Operations Manager

Door to Door Tires Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and evaluating performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and train staff, assign tasks and responsibilities, and evaluate performance to ensure the store is running efficiently.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Analyze sales data and customer traffic to determine staffing needs and adjust accordingly.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and train staff, and supervise their performance to ensure the store is running efficiently.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and implement changes to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Goal-Oriented: Set and achieve goals, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
- Excellent Oral Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Organized: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
