Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Truck Mechanic Apprentice to join our team at Imperial Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for assisting experienced technicians in the repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in inspecting mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions
  • Review work orders and test automotive systems and components
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Estimate parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Truck-Trailer Repairer Red Seal Endorsement
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions

Workshop environment with regular exposure to heavy machinery and equipment.
