About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Tapestery Collection By Hilton. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including:
    • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
    • Dust furniture and fixtures
    • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
    • Make beds and change sheets
    • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Restock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient room cleaning and maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
