Senior Software Developer, DevEx Enablement

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our DevEx Enablement team. As a key member of this team, you'll play a crucial role in empowering our engineering organization to work more efficiently and effectively.
About the Work- Utilize our internal developer portal to ensure consistency in engineering standards across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and iterate on our local development experience, focusing on backend applications.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their workflows and challenges, and provide guidance and support in implementing productivity-enhancing practices and tools.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure qualitative and quantitative improvements in team productivity, satisfaction, and flow state.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to team productivity, and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You have a solid background in computer science, with experience across backend, frontend, DevOps, and developer productivity.
- You're prepared to take on a technical leadership role on the team.
