Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects from design and development to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Self-starter with a strong motivation to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
